Review and update all client
institution information.
This will ensure DaLand has an accurate profile of your institution, which will be used to submit RFPs to service providers

After completing step 2, click on "Current Core Functionality Survey".
Use the same credentials to access your survey
This survey provides your institution with the opportunity to document which features/functions are available in your current CORE banking environment, and will serve as a current state analysis, which DaLand will use as a baseline to evaluate and score prospective vendors

After completing step 3, click on "Current Online Banking Functionality Survey".
Use the same credentials to access your survey
This survey provides your institution with the opportunity to document which features/functions are available in your current online banking environment, and will serve as a current state analysis, which DaLand will use as a baseline to evaluate and score prospective vendors

After completing step 4, click on "Current and Estimated Contract Costs".
Use the same credentials to access your survey
This form will provide your institution with the opportunity to document current technology and contract costs associated with operating your CORE (DP) environment and ancillary applications

It is generally recommended that this form be completed by a resource that is familiar with the various invoices and costs associated with operating your core technology. Often this form requires multiple resources to provide a complete picture

It is extremely important that the credit union fill out this form as completely and thoroughly as possible. All "Current Costs" information provided by the credit union will serve as a baseline for the vendor evaluation, against which projected cost savings will be determined. The accuracy of the final "Estimated Savings" figures is entirely dependent upon the validity of the data provided by the CU at this stage of the process

After the above steps have been completed, sit back and relax. DaLand will aggregate the provided information, contact the potential service providers and vendors, and will begin collecting responses and scheduling system demonstrations and product overviews.
